I am Laprie Léo, a graduate with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Building Information Modeling (BIM).

With nearly two years of professional experience as an engineer in this field (permanent contract, end-of-studies internship, and thesis), I recently founded SASU TwiqBIM (twiqbim.fr).

TwiqBIM, a laureate of the Barbier-Simonin 2026 prize awarded by IESF, is a service company specializing in the application and development of the innovative BIM working methodology for the construction sector.

The core of our business is based on generating digital twins, in the form of millimeter-precise point clouds, derived from 3D surveying using the latest generation of terrestrial LiDAR scanners, complemented by photogrammetry using specialized drones.

- 3D Surveying:

Data collection through 3D surveying of existing structures, followed by the generation and editing of a custom, millimeter-precise point cloud.

Deliverables: .e57, .las, .rcp, .bin, and Potree rendering.

- 2D AutoCAD Drawings:

Production and editing of professional 2D drawings (floor plans, sections, and elevations).

Deliverables: .dwg, .dxf, .pdf, and hard copy.

- Matterport Virtual Tour:

Development of virtual tours for commercial or technical purposes, utilizing high-resolution 360° photos.

Deliverable: URL link, access to which can be secured by adding a password.

- 3D Revit Model:

Modeling and editing of LOD 200 to 300 digital models on Revit.

Deliverables: .rvt, .ifc, .pdf, and Twinmotion rendering.
