About Léo

Co-founder of the Château Sonic Festival and cultural entrepreneur, I have been coordinating events for 7 years in Haute-Savoie and Switzerland.
Passionate about creating and managing events, I have acquired expertise in festival coordination.

I enjoy thinking outside the box and exploring different perspectives to find unique ways of doing things. I am also flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing situations and unforeseen circumstances. My approach is focused on anticipation, and I am constantly thinking ahead to be ready to react in case of unexpected situations.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work on numerous projects: Baselworld, The Frederique Constant Manufacture Experience, Fever Candlelight, the Hors Pistes Festival (1 edition), Abbaye Sonic (3 editions), but more particularly on the organization of the Château Sonic contemporary music festival, for 7 editions, which brings together over 3,500 people and 120 volunteers over three days every summer in August.

During these various events, I have carried out diverse missions such as:
✅ Develop and monitor the budget
✅ Manage suppliers and logistics
✅ Manage teams
✅ Ensure the safety and accessibility of venues
✅ Integrate risk prevention in festive environments
✅ Bar management
✅ Negotiation
✅ Develop public and private partnerships
✅ Implement communication strategy
✅ Also other more specific skills: ticketing management, and writing safety files...

My goal is to bring to the projects I lead an organization that is more mindful of its impact on its social and cultural environment, while creating unique and memorable experiences for participants and stakeholders, and ensuring that these events are orchestrated professionally and profitably.
