I am a data analyst and project manager with experience in data valorization and analysis to support decision-making. I am currently working on a mission for EDF Guadeloupe, within the SEI Directorate, on a project to structure and exploit operational data to improve business management.

My tasks include analyzing business needs, structuring available data, and designing reporting tools to make information accessible and usable by operational teams and decision-makers. I develop interactive dashboards using Power BI to track key performance indicators and analyze business trends.

I also work on preparing and transforming data from various sources, particularly using SQL queries and data processing tools. These analyses help identify trends, ensure data reliability, and produce relevant indicators for business management.

My approach relies on close collaboration with business teams to transform data into concrete and operational decision-support tools. My goal is to offer simple, reliable, and user-adapted solutions.

For several years, I have been working with atReal, a software vendor for local authorities, on data recovery and migration projects for OpenADS, a software for managing and tracking urban planning files.

OpenADS is used by local authorities to manage the processing of urban planning applications, administrative file tracking, and associated documents. In this context, I assist several local authorities in migrating and integrating their historical data into the platform.

My role involves managing the various stages of data recovery projects. This includes defining needs with local authorities, facilitating workshops, and writing the functional and technical specifications required for data integration into the system.

I also participate in the analysis and structuring of data from different sources to ensure their consistency and compliance before integration into the solution. As part of these projects, I set up and execute automated data recovery tests to verify the quality and reliability of migrated data.

These missions require close collaboration with business and technical teams to secure data migrations and support local authorities in their transition to the OpenADS solution.

As part of a freelance mission for RGOODS, I participated in the redesign and migration of analytical dashboards intended to be integrated directly into their web platform.

RGOODS is a technology platform that develops digital solutions allowing associations and NGOs to increase their resources and donor base, particularly through branded online donation forms, white-label solidarity shops, and corporate engagement tools. The platform provides organizations with digital tools to facilitate donations, track collection performance, and improve donor engagement.

In this context, my mission was to rebuild the data dashboards that were to be displayed directly on the platform's website and accessible to RGOODS users and clients. The existing dashboards had been developed in Looker but needed to be recreated in Metabase to allow for simpler integration into the platform's web environment.

I analyzed the structure and logic of the existing dashboards to rebuild the visualizations and indicators in Metabase. This work also involved recreating and adapting the necessary queries to ensure data consistency, dynamic indicator updates, and proper rendering in the user interface.

The objective of this mission was to transform data analyses into clear and interactive visualizations accessible directly from the platform, enabling users to easily track indicators and utilize the data provided by the service.
