I write website and career texts for IT service providers, engineering and planning firms, and consultancies – with a clear goal: to make it understandable who the company really is and what sets it apart from others.

My motivation: Too many companies sound like all the others. Same clichés, same promises, no personality. I help to change that – with texts that are honest and actually convey something.

Focus areas: Website copy and career pages. Both are still under development – with the background of over ten years in IT companies, HR, and corporate communications.

This is complemented by a completed training in systemic consulting – the way I look at companies and their communication has been sustainably shaped by it.

Move to a young tax firm – as a sparring partner for the management and operational relief with real scope for action. Due to my experience, I take on tasks completely and independently.

My focus is on business development: co-shaping the firm's mission statement and values, building People & Culture, developing employer branding, and structuring recruiting processes. In parallel, I am responsible for the entire external image – from the website and social media to marketing campaigns and strategic communication.

During this time, I also completed the IHK certification as a specialist for change management – which directly shapes my daily work.

The firm is young and growing – and I am actively shaping this growth. I am currently building many of these things from scratch.

As Head of HR in a software development company, I strategically and culturally aligned HR – with a focus on employer branding, job communication, and internal and external corporate communication. I revised the website for marketing purposes, advised on and accompanied HR processes, and introduced and tested new HR software.

The role made one thing clear to me: Good culture needs good language. And both start long before onboarding.
