End-to-end design, development, and deployment of an iOS mobile application and a web platform for the Swiss amateur sports community. Solo execution from start to finish: architecture, design, front-end and back-end development, security, deployment, and App Store publication.

• Serverless backend architecture with 8+ Cloud Functions: contextual push notifications, event fan-out, scheduled jobs (Cloud Scheduler).

• Multi-provider authentication system (email, Apple Sign-In, Google) with secure session and token management.

• Comprehensive Firestore data modeling: users, matches, tournaments, teams, messages, badges, clans, composite indexes.

• End-to-end push notifications targeted by sport and canton, with full deep-linking to relevant screens.

• Security secured by granular Firestore security rules (RBAC: administrator, team captain, member roles). Server-side validation of all critical writes.
