My expertise primarily focuses on project structuring, writing clear and actionable deliverables, and synthesizing complex information for steering committees and decision-makers. I am particularly involved in producing summary notes, analysis reports, benchmarks, project files (charter, roadmap, risk management), and executive reporting.

Accustomed to working in demanding environments, I combine methodological rigor, a sense of prioritization, and excellent command of digital tools. My approach is pragmatic: quickly understand the need, define a precise deliverable, and deliver within short deadlines.

I work as a freelancer on targeted missions, in parallel with a salaried position, with a fixed-price model when relevant.
