Process Analysis and Mapping:Using Bizagi modeling tool to analyze and document current business processes, identifying optimization opportunities.

Design of Optimization Strategies:Developing tailored plans to make processes more efficient and agile, maximizing ROI while minimizing operational disruptions.

BPMS Platform Implementation:Facilitating workshops, writing functional and technical specifications, guiding developers in configuring and integrating Bizagi into existing IT infrastructures.

Process Automation (RPA) with UiPath:Evaluating processes to identify tasks for automation and overseeing the implementation of RPA bots by dedicated developers.

Training and Support:Implementing training programs to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.

These initiatives led to the optimization and automation of over 10 critical business processes, significantly improving clients' operational efficiency and digital performance.

APPROACH

I worked as aCRM Factory Continuous Improvement Lead and Transverse PMOat Pernod Ricard for 3 years within theIT Digital Marketing and Consumer Insightsdepartment.

During my assignment, I first managed and oversaw RFPs for the support system change, including drafting, proposing a target system, and contracting consultants. I then contributed to the establishment of the CRM Factory by defining team roles and responsibilities, creating a service catalog, and co-producing deliverables for regional globalization. Concurrently, I led continuous improvement initiatives by developing and monitoring an optimization roadmap, implementing industrialization projects, and facilitating communication between teams. I also played a transverse role by challenging Product Owners on monitoring their continuous improvement roadmaps, while tracking KPIs and validating deliverables to ensure successful adoption of CRM tools.

These actions optimized CRM operations, strengthened coordination between Pernod Ricard's various teams, and ensured successful adoption of the new solutions.

Digitalization and optimization of production processes

Context

Launch by OXFAM of a project to strengthen and empower four micro-enterprises economically and socially through the implementation of a new digital value chain.

During my experience, I led a project to digitalize and optimize production processes for four micro-enterprises. I developed specifications, audit tools, and organized workshops to select the companies. I modeled their existing processes, identified risks, and implemented action plans to digitize key activities. I also managed management and monitoring tools, created internal documentation, and defined a training plan to raise awareness and train stakeholders on the new digital tools, ensuring a successful transition to optimized processes.
