– Managing projects and supporting decision making in Project Teams and Management Teams. – Leading project core team and the joint Pharma/Diagnotic team.

- Leading strategy and project execution, setting objectives, deliverables, KPI and OKRs. – Provide and apply value-adding processes and tools, standardized where appropriate and tailored where needed. – Guiding Project Management related team processes, ensuring consistency, transparency and optimization; implementing best practices to project teams; fostering continuous improvement by ensuring knowledge and experience exchange. – Guiding and managing preparation for project milestone/stage gate reviews. – Performing budget and cost analyses for financial planning and status tracking – Creating and maintaining integrated task, resource and budget plans. – Coaching and supporting the project teams in all project related tasks to ensure realistic planning, diligent monitoring, and rigorous execution of projects.

- Taking accountability and responsibility for project outcomes.

- Leading the development of injectables, oral delivery formulations & medical devices

- Manage, direct and coordinate dedicated pharmaceutical development projects (within global, technical, study and PM teams)to ensure strategy implementation & execution.

- Design, plan, perform overall development strategies and improvement of operational excellence of business processes. -Monitor all assigned drug product development activities applying state of the art technologies

- Ensure efficient and effective project planning; coordinate meetings, organize and support the strategic planning process and establish project plans regarding timelines, budget and resources as required.

- Monitor and communicate projects status, highlighting specific risks, issues, milestones, achievements and financials aspects. -Implement PM processes & methodologies + tools (PMBOK & Standards).

- Leading Pharmaceutical Development strategy of long acting injectables for human & veterinary drug product.

- Setting up project teams matrix,

- Implementing relevant PMO tools, WOW, best practices, processes & standards in alignement with PPMO and relevant stakeholders.

- Leading cross functional Drug Development Teams « DDT » and dedicated workstreams.

- Definition and implementation of harmonized, measures, and reports key performance indicators (KPIs) for the portfolio to enable measuring and improving quality, efficiency, and effectiveness

- Management of external providers: API suppliers, CMO, CDMOs & CROs.

- Preparation and presentation of the consolidated project status reports

- Management of project information to support project teams, management teams, gouvernance bodies and decision making

- General PM duties & responsibilities: meetings coordination, budget tracking, risk analysis, resource capacity &FTEs, implementing project charter and integrated development plan.
