The Climate Action Network is the main French coalition of associations committed to ecological transition, bringing together 37 member organizations and representing France within the International Climate Action Network.

My responsibilities:

- Management of press relations: writing press releases, placing op-eds, negotiating editorial exclusives and interviews. Maintaining and enriching press contacts.

- Participation in the development of the association's press strategy and media plans for campaigns.

- Monitoring, analysis of media coverage, and formulation of recommendations.

- Media and digital watch on climate and ecological transition issues.

- Cross-functional support to program teams to amplify the impact of positions taken.

Definition and implementation of the deputy's communication strategy in line with her political objectives: prioritization of targets, determination of the action plan, definition of a backward planning, and production of deliverables. Reputational analysis, image risk management, and crisis communication. Increased the deputy's notoriety: +139% press/TV coverage in one year (example with four profiles: Libération, Le Figaro, Le Nouvel Obs, LCP) and her online visibility: +26% Facebook followers, +70% on X, +180% on X.

Definition of the organization's digital strategy (15% growth in social media followers in two years).

Management of high-value digital projects: redesign of the federation's websites in collaboration with service providers and departments (fhf.fr: 40 million visits in 2022) and launch of new formats.

Monitoring of priority issues in conjunction with departments and participation in the organization of the federation's annual trade show: Santexpo (30,000 visitors in 2022).

Institutional and crisis communication: live-tweeting of over a hundred interviews on current hospital and public nursing home issues (COVID-19).
