I am a payroll manager in a cleaning company, under the collective agreement 3043. I manage the entire payroll process and personnel administration, from employee hiring to departure.

My main tasks include collecting and entering variable payroll elements (working hours, overtime, specific cleaning sector bonuses), preparing payslips in accordance with CCN 3043, calculating social contributions, preparing social declarations, and managing employee files administratively (contracts, certificates, hiring declarations).

I ensure compliance with the social regulations specific to the cleaning sector, monitor absences and sick leaves, and maintain communication with social organizations. I use the ACE software for payroll and employee file management.

This position requires rigor, in-depth knowledge of CCN 3043, and good interpersonal skills with employees and social partners.

Payroll management: payslips, IJSS, subrogation, URSSAF, DSN. Personnel Administration: hiring, absences, termination settlements. Accounting management and billing follow-up. Preparation of financial statements and account reconciliation. Entry and control of accounting entries. Bank reconciliation and monitoring of supplier and customer accounts. Tax declarations (VAT).

Salary management and indemnity calculation. Processing of absences and leave. Verification of social contributions and charges.
