My background: between hospitality, performing arts, and consulting

I grew up in the world of theater, between backstage and offices, alongside a father who was an actor/stage manager and a mother who worked in ticketing. After an initial experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, which gave me the opportunity to travel and train in human resources while being close to the teams, I returned to the cultural sector from a new perspective, supporting companies in this sector on their HR development and risk prevention challenges.

After more than 10 years of HR experience in hospitality and a few years in performing arts, I am now a consultant and trainer.

What I do today:

I support companies in the tourism, leisure, and culture sectors in structuring their HR policies, preventing risks, and securing their practices. My approach is pragmatic, interactive, and accessible, with training and support designed to be concrete, engaging, and immediately actionable.
