As a waitress and manager for four years in this restaurant, I developed a true passion for human connection. This experience allowed me to guide each collaborator towards greater self-confidence and fulfillment in their role.

My approach is based on active listening, careful observation, and empathetic understanding of individual needs. I implemented personalized support to foster personal and professional development within the team.

I also handled tense and conflict situations, encouraging dialogue, team cohesion, and a kind and stimulating work environment.

Today, I am convinced that this experience provides a solid foundation for moral support and well-being. I had the opportunity to help and support many colleagues, as well as clients, by offering them listening, presence, and understanding during sometimes difficult times.

As a project coordinator at the ethnobotanical garden, I developed a deeply human, inclusive, and educational approach to support. This experience allowed me to design and organize activities and events for very diverse audiences, including people from disadvantaged backgrounds, the elderly, and children, always adapting my approach to the needs, abilities, and pace of each individual.

I supported these groups through discussion sessions, workshops, and activities that promoted listening, social connection, and individual recognition. My role was to create safe and supportive environments, allowing everyone to feel recognized, respected, and supported, regardless of their life journey.

Working with the elderly taught me the importance of patience, presence, deep listening, and respect for each person's personal history. Supporting people in social vulnerability strengthened my adaptability, empathy, and understanding of the emotional challenges associated with isolation, lack of direction, or loss of confidence.

The connection with nature, living things, and ethnobotanical knowledge also nurtured a gentle and holistic approach to well-being, promoting peace, and reconnection with oneself and the present moment. Today, this experience is an essential pillar of my supportive role, allowing me to offer moral and human support that is respectful, personalized, and deeply grounded in reality.

During my internship at Biocyclic Park in Greece, I worked in an intercultural environment focused on respect for life, nature, and natural rhythms. This immersion allowed me to develop a great capacity for adaptation, autonomy, and openness to alternative lifestyles.

I learned to listen, observe without judgment, and work in a dynamic that respects both people and their environment. This experience fostered a more conscious and holistic approach to well-being, strengthening my sensitivity to emotional balance and self-reconnection.
