Lea Regent

For two months, I completed an internship at Chambéry Xplore, a communication agency specializing in promoting activities, businesses, and places to discover in the Chambéry region, Savoie. This experience allowed me to immerse myself in the world of digital communication and actively participate in concrete projects.

My main role was to be proactive in social media posts, particularly on Instagram. I proposed attractive content ideas adapted to the agency's editorial line to enhance local places and activities. This mission allowed me to develop my creativity and observation skills, while learning to adapt my proposals to strategic communication objectives.

I was also responsible for contacting local businesses for future collaborations. Through telephone prospecting, I presented the agency, explained the benefits of visibility on our platforms, and organized meetings for further discussions. This experience strengthened my interpersonal skills, my ability to persuade, and my perseverance in the face of rejection.

Furthermore, I assisted in the creation of a website, participating in the reflection on the structure, ergonomics, and content to be highlighted. I thus discovered best practices for designing an attractive website consistent with the company's image.

Finally, I had the opportunity to participate in meetings with collaborators and partners, which allowed me to observe the functioning of professional relationships, meeting preparation, and the importance of clear and effective communication.

This internship allowed me to develop several essential skills: communication and customer relations, creativity, organization, rigor, and adaptability.

Take customer orders in English. Serve food. Clean tables.

Create and follow the activity schedule. Follow hygiene rules and measures. Take care of children throughout the day (activities, meals, nap, bus transport to the ski resort...). Know how to manage and reassure children's emotions (parents' departure, conflicts, agitated child).
