- Creation and development of 3 associations in overseas territories (Guadeloupe, French Guiana, and Mayotte),

Réseau Entreprendre 93 is a private network of business leaders committed to supporting high-potential entrepreneurs and future SMEs in Seine-Saint-Denis. Entreprendre 93 offers young companies financial support in the form of honor loans and 2 years of mentorship from an experienced business leader.

My responsibilities:

- Organizing commitment committees, facilitating discussions,

- Deploying honor loans, and conducting strategic and financial evaluations of companies.

- Managing the network of funded startups and monitoring their performance,

- Developing and managing 130 volunteer business leaders and patrons.

- Managing treasury, budget, and dashboards.

- Developing strategy in conjunction with the Board of Directors.

🚀 Results achieved:

Supported 62 companies.

€800,000 loaned annually, interest-free and without personal guarantee.

Examples of supported companies: Cabaia, Patrivia, Pressmium, Greendoz, Blast,...

- Coordination of support programs for VSEs, focusing on CSR, public procurement, economic intelligence, and risk prevention,

- Budget monitoring and management of public and private partners.

- Selection and management of service providers,

- Support and coordination of 8 territorial entities in project deployment (5000 VSEs/SMEs supported annually).
