Purchasing hotel rooms for clients (media, F1 teams, Moto GP, WEC, ELMS…), negotiating with suppliers (hotels), organizing and monitoring operations in compliance with client requests, anticipating and managing risks, prospecting for new suppliers/partners, managing purchasing administration (deadline compliance, invoicing, payments,…), traveling abroad for negotiation meetings, verification, follow-up, and reporting on visits.

Creation of sales support tools (newsletters, flyers, SMS, advertising posters, videos), reporting, organizing events (trade shows, conferences, workshops), producing catalogs and brochures (product analysis and selection, competitive intelligence, price positioning, visual insertion), developing partnerships (press agencies, influencers, brands), collaborating with graphic designers, monitoring social media posts (information gathering, deadline compliance, follow-ups).

Contribution to the development and launch of new products, reporting, creation of sales support tools (product sheets, digital materials, flyers, advertising banners...), writing internal and external newsletters, competitive analysis, content creation on commercial platforms, collaboration with external service providers and communication agencies, management of multi-brand projects for the Rentokil Initial group (events, CSR projects).
