I am an ICT System Technician (EFZ) based in Switzerland with hands-on experience in IT support and Microsoft-based workplace environments. I support teams and small to mid-sized organisations with reliable and structured technical assistance.

My focus is helping users and businesses run smooth, modern digital workplaces built on Microsoft 365. I provide practical support across Windows environments, user management, and day-to-day workplace troubleshooting.
