With 8 years of experience in strategy consulting and over 15 clients supported (particularly in the luxury, retail, and services sectors), I work with general management, CSR departments, and operational teams to clarify their priorities and secure the execution of their sustainability trajectories.

My dual expertise in strategy consulting and CSR allows me to combine vision, analytical rigor, and operational execution. I mainly intervene on the following missions:

1. Regulatory Compliance & ESG Assessments

CSRD compliance management: conducting double materiality analyses, identifying priority issues (ESRS), collecting and validating ESG data.

Certifications and labels: support in preparing and structuring responses to extra-financial assessments (EcoVadis Accreditation).

2. Climate Strategy & Decarbonization

- Conducting Carbon Footprints (Scopes 1, 2, and 3)

- Defining reduction trajectories aligned with international standards (SBTi, TCFD).

3. Operational Transformation & Circular Models

- Defining strategic roadmaps and target operating models.

- Integrating sustainability issues into the value chain: responsible purchasing, eco-contribution management, and deployment of circular economy models (second life, repair).

Managing cross-functional projects and ensuring deployment.

4. Change Management & Governance

- Implementing CSR governance (managing steering committees) and developing KPIs and monitoring dashboards.

- Raising awareness and facilitating internal communities: certified facilitator of Climate Fresk and Digital Fresk.
