PO within the "Études en France" Unit of the Operators and Sector Strategies Steering division, in conjunction with the Digital Directorate (DNUM).

Responsible for the "Études en France" backlog:

- Gathering and prioritizing the needs of users of the "Études en France" platform (Campus France Spaces, French institutions, international students) in collaboration with DNUM.

- Managing evolutions: Drafting functional and technical specifications to facilitate implementation by technical teams (in compliance with GDPR and accessibility laws).

- Effort estimation in collaboration with the Lead Developer: Organizing and managing sprint and production release schedules for editorial staff.

- Development monitoring: Ensuring progress of developments, answering technical team questions, and identifying difficulties that could impact the schedule.

- Acceptance Testing: Developing test scenarios based on user journeys, and performing functional tests to ensure quality and compliance with defined requirements and specifications.

- Production release monitoring: Ensuring the platform's proper functioning, testing user-reported issues, and monitoring resolution.

- Support for platform redesign: Clearly communicating business needs to the redesign team to ensure alignment with user objectives.

Contributor to "Études en France" activities:

- Monitoring application campaigns for students from the 72 signatory countries of the "Études en France" agreement.

- Monitoring inter-ministerial decisions involving the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Higher Education and Research.

- Change management: Designing user guides and conducting training sessions (50 participants). Participating in the organization of general assemblies (300 participants).

Internal capitalization missions – Agile Expertise

Training: Participation in the design of training modules on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) for consultants and clients of the firm.

Instructional Design: Creation of visual aids to facilitate the adoption of agile concepts.

Watch and Continuous Improvement: Updating the firm's assets.

Coordination of Loyalty Project in SAFe: proposing and implementing technical solutions in conjunction with the architect and product owners to meet business needs:

- Monitoring projects for: Carrefour store and e-commerce customers (Real-time loyalty, Carrefour Travel loyalty), reception staff (Loyalty credit at reception), Fraud departments (Deducted loyalty refund), and internal IT systems (Mass integration of benefits, internal tool decommissioning).

- Facilitating Kick-Off, Scoping, and Grooming workshops with impacted teams: Business, PO, Architect, Support, Security, Fraud, sharing Needs, objectives, Customer journeys, architecture, breakdown, and high-level estimates.

- Participation in architecture workshops for technical breakdown: resolving technical and security issues, co-drafting technical specifications, establishing retro-plans, and monitoring developments, tests, and production releases.

- Creating deployment plans and monitoring KPIs in conjunction with business, data, and fraud teams.

- Developing training materials and presenting to business committees with formats and store layouts.
