Asgann is a startup that optimizes the redistribution of second-hand clothing through data analysis. Clothes are collected at events in large companies and redistributed where their environmental impact is lowest and their economic value is optimized.

Product and strategy:

• Market analysis and monitoring of industry innovations;

• Understanding the needs of large companies and their employees;

• Defining the offering and positioning relative to other second-hand players;

• Defining the business model;

• Creating partnerships with Emmaüs and Rouspette (upcycling artisan platform);

• Developing a network of professionals in the circularity sector;

• Managing two communication interns;

• Defining and optimizing operational processes (clothing sorting, pricing, labeling, storage, etc.).

Marketing and communication:

• Writing communication materials;

• Monitoring solution adoption

• Implementing action plans;

Seeking support and budget management:

• Applications to incubators (supported by La Ruche);

• Applications to competitions (Social Cup prize offering support from Make Sense x GRDF Foundation);

• Choosing a legal structure, drafting statutes, tax optimization, budget management.

Following a reflection on what fulfills me professionally, I decided to end the entrepreneurial adventure. ASGANN is taken over by permanentpiece.com. I now wish to focus on Product and Strategy.

Sonate is a cloud technology consulting company that wants to migrate its Sales team to a CRM (Boond Manager):

Transition to the new CRM Boond Manager and Change Management:

• Training sessions on the Boond Manager tool (group and individual);

• Review of all team processes to adapt to the transition to the new tool;

• Tool configuration accordingly;

• Implementation of governance to empower the team on the new tool;

• Monitoring of usage, processes, and adaptation through regular check-ins;

Product management, design of the matching tool integrated into the CRM:

• Definition of needs and features of the software based on actual Boond Manager usage;

• Construction of the roadmap for features to be developed;

• Writing functional specifications;

The Analytics team is building the reporting application for AccorHotel's Purchasing department. It consists of two developers, a project manager, and a PM/PO.
