Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and validating all types of contracts (General Terms and Conditions, General User Terms, distribution, partnerships, brand licenses, service agreements, confidentiality agreements, co-branding, communication agencies, commercial leases, logistics, IT, sponsorship, influencers). Legal analysis and validation of marketing and sales promotion projects (packagings, legal notices, contests, price reductions, advertising communication). Advice and support to operational departments on distribution and consumer law issues (drafting recommendations, project support and monitoring, risk assessment during the implementation of new projects). Management of pre-litigation and potential litigation, alone and/or in collaboration with external firms (copyright, unfair competition, DDPP, terminations, abrupt terminations). Management and monitoring of corporate law for 8 subsidiaries (annual accounts, delegations of authority, secondary establishment management, etc.). Management of a legal officer. Identification and prevention of legal risks. Monitoring of legal developments impacting the group with operational recommendations. Advice and support to teams during contractual negotiations and also through internal training on legal obligations and best practices. Management and organization of legal documentation.

Legal advice for all legal issues (France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium). Drafting and reviewing various contracts. Validation with Marketing teams: validation of packagings, contest rules, promotional operations. Management of customer complaints (SignalConso, DDPP, Spanish complaints, SaaS). Collaboration with operational teams for annual negotiations.
