My name is Léa and I'm 34 years old. With an engineering background, I spent over 10 years designing and launching products in demanding and competitive environments, where decisions, testing, adjustments, and delivery were crucial. I developed a strong product culture: understanding needs, structuring a vision, supporting development through to launch, and measuring the impact of implemented solutions.
Over time, I felt the need to connect more closely with users. Not just to imagine for them, but to truly understand their experiences, what hinders them, and what helps them. This shift naturally led me to Product Design.
Trained at The Design Crew, I design digital experiences with the same level of rigor I applied to product development: precision, attention to detail, and a focus on impact.
I am particularly drawn to everyday products that have a direct impact on users' lives.
