I support startups, scale-ups, and large organizations on their ambitious innovation projects: strategic scoping, business model construction/transformation, usage analysis.

Ongoing mission at DigitalKin, which develops a platform enabling experts to create and leverage agent AI systems (Kins) dedicated to complex, high-value-added tasks. R&D Kins are for researchers who want to conduct their literature reviews with a high level of methodological rigor, for example.

As Scientific Advisor for R&D Kins, my mission focuses on 3 main areas:

- User research with researchers to understand their uses, needs, and pain points

- Translation of these insights into strategic recommendations at the interface of tech and business teams

- Active participation in the product improvement loop through prompt engineering.

Management of Dynergie's internal R&D department to maximize the impact and success rate of innovative projects.

- Definition and monitoring of the R&D roadmap

- Operational involvement in 3 research projects related to sustainable innovation

- Valorization of work internally and externally: articles, videos, events

Around thirty missions with large organizations (Michelin, Schneider Electric), SMEs, startups, and research institutions (CNRS, PUI Grenoble-Alpes), from opportunity identification to market validation:

- Identification of innovation opportunities based on existing technology, asset, or strategic challenge

- Structuring of innovative projects: value proposition, associated business model

- Market interest validation: qualitative interviews, digital quantitative campaigns

- Assessment of the economic, social, and environmental impact of innovation projects on their ecosystem
