Trainer in risk prevention (SST, PRAP 2S and IBC, AcP-ASD).

You have a legal obligation to protect the physical and mental health of your employees, but training for training's sake is not enough. Prevention is a sustainable investment: training your teams means valuing your human capital and ensuring your company's success.

My method is simple: no jargon, just listening and tools adapted to your on-the-ground reality. By focusing on well-being at work, we concretely reduce absenteeism and improve the atmosphere within your teams. A supported and well-trained employee is a valued collaborator who directly contributes to their organization's performance. But for this to work, everyone must play their part: I create a space for exchange where everyone feels comfortable learning and committing to this collective approach long-term.

As a PLIE (Local Integration and Employment Project) referent, my role was to act as a link between people distant from the job market and local professional opportunities. I didn't just fill in forms; I co-created a personalized path with each participant.

What I did concretely:

Welcome and diagnosis: I listened to life stories, identified obstacles (professional, social, or personal), and defined with the person the necessary steps to overcome these blockages.

Tailored support: I was responsible for regular follow-up. Together, we defined objectives, worked on self-confidence, career guidance, and removing peripheral barriers (mobility, health, housing).

Connecting with the field: I worked in a network with employers, training centers, and social actors to create real and lasting bridges.

Employment follow-up: My work didn't stop at the contract signing. I secured the start of employment to promote job retention and maintain employee well-being.
