I am Lawrence Vandersteen and I help companies in all sectors (chemistry, industry, construction, logistics,..) to structurally improve their safety, quality, and environmental performance (HSEQ). from compliance to a strong safety culture on the work floor.

As a freelance HSEQ consultant and prevention advisor level I, I support organizations that need temporary reinforcement, expertise, or solutions to concrete QHSE challenges. My approach is hands-on, results-oriented, and tailored to the operations of my (potential) clients.

As for experience, I have already carried out various assignments, both with larger companies (Umicore, Borealis, AB InBev, Avantor, Ontex) and with smaller SMEs. These experiences ensure that I can handle diverse safety cultures well. Another strength is that I can communicate fluently and effectively at all levels: from operator to management.
