I am responsible for managing software applications in the following areas:

- Group Digital Workplace

- Implementation of RPA and low-code business applications and migration of existing business applications.

In this capacity, I perform the following tasks:

> Manage Application Lifecycle: Oversee the complete lifecycle of applications, from planning and development to maintenance and updates.

> Be the primary point of contact for the business.

> Coordinate/Steer with stakeholders (internal and/or external).

> Create user support materials and training.

> License Management

> Performance Management

> Budget Management

In parallel, I undertake project management tasks during the build phase:

> Collaborate with various stakeholders on project plans, in terms of costs, necessary resources, deadlines, changes, scope, risks, ROI, governance, RACI, and quality.

> Utilize the Group's methodology using the available tools.

> Guarantee schedules and budget.

> Deploy and/or decommission solutions by overseeing technical and functional aspects, in compliance with client specifications regarding quality, performance, costs, and deadlines.

> Organize, participate in, and/or lead steering and operational monitoring meetings for my scope.

> Develop strong relationships with the business, user representatives, support, infrastructure, and maintenance teams.

> Participate in the selection of vendors/integrators if needed.

> Manage projects following the DSI's established rules: workload monitoring, status reports, workload plan alignment, RFCs, alerts.

Based on business needs, I manage and coordinate projects related to the applications in my scope (Digital Signature, Mass Mailing, Corporate Website, Recruitment Website, HR Intranet).

- Pre-project: budget estimation, needs analysis, resource identification (business and technical).

- Support for writing functional specifications.

- Project steering and coordination (follow-up meetings, project committees, steering committees...) with stakeholders.

- Support for the business during testing/acceptance phases.

- Deployment monitoring.

- Change management / Training.

- Application maintenance and evolution.

- Level 3 support.

Results: Consolidation of the sales points recruitment website and the support services recruitment website into a single site; PHP version upgrade for the corporate website; user support for Sendinblue (mass mailing); POC for new digital signature.

Manage, coordinate, and support IT projects for cross-functional departments. I perform the following tasks:

- Identify, gather, analyze, and centralize functional needs from various business units (Online Publishing, Resale, Front Office, Billing, Management Control...).

- Write functional specifications and calls for tender for the technical team.

- Develop test and acceptance phases for deliverables before deployment.

- Create training materials for the business.

- Incorporate user feedback for programming new evolutions.

Product Owner Mission: Set up the product backlog and iterations / Set up daily stand-ups / Acceptance and testing phase / Scrum review / Write training documentation.

Results: Implementation of an internal application to facilitate the online publishing of product sheets on the Promovacances website; Coordination of the migration of Talend V.4 jobs to V.7; Creation of training documents; User support for issues identified on internal applications or the front end.
