In charge of the service catalog project, managing a team of 9 people. Implementation of a service catalog for the industrial PCs department (4 countries, 16,000 PCs). Ensure the launch, definition, execution, and finalization of the project, in order to guarantee delivery within the agreed deadlines, costs, and quality objectives with the sponsors and project directors. This includes: - End-to-end project management: writing project plans, managing a direct team of 9 people, managing project progress, communication, milestone reviews... - IT aspect: defining IT solutions (HW and SW) with internal clients, and development (defining the back-end and front-end interface).

In charge of the infrastructure project portfolio. Implementation of virtual vaults, transfer of an infrastructure farm to another, management of change requests with the IT council, liaison with other departments to identify infrastructure-impacting issues...

In charge of daily management and project delivery at the European level. Ensure the launch, definition, execution, and finalization of the project, in order to guarantee delivery within the agreed deadlines, costs, and quality objectives with the sponsors and project directors. This includes, among other things, writing project plans, managing working groups, communication, milestone reviews... Management of several cross-divisional programs and projects at the European level: • Indirect cost reduction program in factories: Management of a team of experts to audit indirect costs in factories and propose solutions for reduction, ensuring management of each potential project. • Fleet Project: Management of a multidisciplinary project team to reorganize the flow of suppliers/factories/clients transport in the UK, in order to maximize the utilization rate of the internal fleet and the overall truck filling rate. • Centralized Categories Project: Project aimed at centrally managing new purchasing categories that were not previously handled, with the creation of a Category Managers team and creation of the purchasing strategy for each category.
