My approach is based on a holistic view of instructional design and digital production. I am involved in the entire creation process, from initial instructional design to the online deployment of content on your training platforms.

This begins with scripting the learning paths, where I transform your expert content into clear, progressive, and engaging modules. I develop instructional scripts, structure learning sequences, and define the most suitable methods to promote understanding and retention.

I also handle the production of multimedia content, including:

Scripting and editing instructional videos

Beyond production, I ensure the design of comprehensive, coherent, and engaging learning systems, where each element serves a genuine pedagogical purpose and contributes to the learner's progress.

I also pay special attention to user experience, optimizing navigation, clarity of paths, and content ergonomics. The goal is to make learning fluid, intuitive, and enjoyable, thereby fostering learner engagement and success.

Finally, I manage the technical integration of content onto LMS platforms, ensuring their proper functioning, accessibility, and compatibility. I also rigorously adhere to your graphic charter to maintain strong and professional visual consistency across all materials.

I led the complete adaptation of face-to-face training to distance learning.

Specifically, my work involved rethinking the entire instructional design to transform a "classroom training" approach into a 100% digital, fluid, engaging, and effective learning experience.

This involved much more than simply transferring content online. I had to analyze existing training, identify what worked in person (interactions, exercises, group dynamics, pacing...), and most importantly, understand what risked being lost in a remote setting.

From there, I rebuilt the pedagogical paths in depth:

Breaking down content into modules suitable for online format

Reorganizing the progression to maintain attention and engagement

Adapting activities to encourage remote interaction

Creating digital learning materials (downloadable resources, exercises, supplementary materials)

Integrating varied modalities (asynchronous, synchronous, quizzes, practical exercises) to prevent passivity

The objective was clear: transform training designed for group experience in a classroom into a structured, paced, and motivating digital experience where the learner remains an active participant throughout.

This transformation work preserved the initial pedagogical quality while adapting it to the challenges of digital learning: autonomy, clarity, engagement, and learning effectiveness.

I created and deployed a wide range of multimedia resources, including instructional videos, interactive modules, and dynamic materials, directly integrated into the company's LMS platforms.

My role was not limited to content production; I was also involved in the entire instructional design and optimization dimension to ensure the coherence and effectiveness of the training paths.

In parallel, I supported and advised business teams in structuring their content. This involved helping them clarify their learning objectives, organize their ideas, and transform their business expertise into content truly suitable for online learning. I also provided concrete recommendations on the best pedagogical strategies to adopt based on the target audience, objectives, and technical constraints.

I thus played a crucial bridging role between technical needs and pedagogical challenges, ensuring that each piece of content was both digitally feasible and pedagogically relevant.

This approach allowed me to guarantee the design of fluid, coherent, and engaging training paths, where each module was part of a logical progression aimed at achieving the learning objectives.
