    • Experimental integration project "Skills Transitions" Supporting individuals from Priority Urban Areas (QPV) who are far from employment and companies ready to hire

    Skills Transitions is a 100% inclusion project, a hub for re-engagement, in which I actively participated in 2022. It fosters encounters between residents from priority urban areas of La Rochelle (3 QPV: Villeneuve-Les-Salines, Mireuil, and Port-Neuf) who are far from employment, and locally committed companies by weaving a common thread of eco-responsible actions for the creation of stable, local, and sustainable jobs.

    My role is to facilitate and support meetings between local companies wishing to engage in Corporate Social Responsibility and/or recruit locally and sustainably, with our dedicated team for the Skills Transitions project.

    Results: 27 "outreach" actions facilitating informal meetings between companies and over 180 qualified residents!
