International bikini athlete, I have been passionate about fitness and nutrition for over 7 years on one hand / Webmaster and social media Manager for 5 years on the other. I frequent many sports clubs and I know the needs of consumers/brands in a booming industry. It is for this reason that I decided to combine my two areas of expertise to best meet the needs of companies and brands that wish to develop their online presence, improve their brand image, reach a new target audience, optimize their e-reputation, or develop a community on social networks.

Because I am passionate about well-being and better living in general, I am convinced that it is possible to build a sustainable future in the field of sports nutrition.

I am also convinced that the culinary and sports trend is more societal than ever. That the accompanying communication should move the consumer and transform them into a "consumer-actor".
