About Lauriana

I support management teams in structuring (indicator definition, data and process organization), digitalization, and performance monitoring. I intervene in particular on budget, supplier decarbonization, and digital and ESG data exploitation topics for steering and decision-making.
Each tool I create is designed to be both operational and usable at the executive committee level, and conceived for collective and educational adoption by teams.

For the Accor group, I am working with the purchasing department on the digitalization of supplier monitoring tools and processes, covering ESG control plans and the decarbonization strategy.
The systems designed enable the analysis and validation of supplier commitments, automation of key processes (Power Automate), and the structuring of global databases (Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, Snowflake). I have also developed interactive dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau) to facilitate decision-making and team adoption of KPIs.
I have also designed a collaborative tool for budget simulation and management for finance teams, to ensure reliable forecasting and smoother teamwork.

For the NGE group, I created a digital performance monitoring dashboard (PowerBI), including the analysis of Google Analytics data and monitoring of social media content and engagement.

Before that, I managed the financial and ESG structuring of an agribusiness in Ghana following an impact investment, then held Financial Director positions in renewable energy.

    The client wanted to structure, validate, and automate the management of purchasing budget data to facilitate steering and decision-making in a global, multi-stakeholder purchasing context.

    Mission**: Design and development of an **automated Excel / VBA / SharePoint ecosystemto centralize purchasing data globally, build multi-level budget scenarios, and ensure reliable, traceable consolidation.

    Used by about thirty buyers, managers, and financial controllers, the tool relies on a **multi-file architecture adapted to business roles**:

    - A central purchasing data repository, serving as the basis for data generation, collection, and consolidation;
    - Buyer business files, dedicated to scenario modeling, analysis, and submission for validation;
    - Manager business files, providing a cross-functional view and arbitration.

    **Key Achievements**:

    - Complete automation of data flows and key quarterly process steps;
