Leads and coordinates the partnership platform with national associations of elected officials. Manages a portfolio of partnerships with national associations of elected officials. Promotes the positive image of the Orange Group and its strategy in terms of digital development and usage development to associations. In charge of the print and digital editorial system for these different targets. Defines communication for the Local Authorities Directorate and ensures the implementation of the action plan.
