- Proofreading and website management (Wordpress)

- Creation and launch of the association's website (collaboration with a graphic designer, end-to-end project management)

- Management of the weekly newsletter (email campaigns, indicator tracking)

- Recruitment, monitoring, and support of volunteers

- Design of educational kits for thematic workshops

- Management and animation of the Instagram account (posts, stories, editorial line)

- Industry and competitor analysis

- Sourcing authors and topics consistent with the editorial line

- Recruitment and support of authors: guidance in project definition and development

- Presentation and defense of new projects

- Creation of layouts and style guides

- Editorial coordination and monitoring: critical reading of manuscripts and discussions with authors, manuscript refinement, service provider management, proofreading until final approval and HD files for printing
