Back to Enedis with a double mission:

- taking charge of a project to industrialize a prototype of a predictive maintenance application for the electrical network developed by the data science team.

- transverse technical referent on the Hadoop/Spark ecosystem.

I am supporting ENGIE Entreprises et Collectivités in setting up a complete Big Data platform (datalake + API) on AWS which will complement the existing BI infrastructure.

The objective is twofold:

- to be able to store and process volumes of data that are impossible to process in the current infrastructure.

- to make available the data and tools necessary for their exploitation by the business teams (data science, data lab, BI, finance, ...)

My main missions are:

- definition of the target architecture and implementation of the platform

- recruitment, training and management of the technical team

- development of generic transverse bricks necessary for the use of the platform

- development of business use cases

- training and on-boarding of business teams to the use of the platform

I joined M6 Web to set up the group's "data" program with three main missions:

⇨ the creation of a technical platform to collect and exploit all user data from the group's various services.

⇨ the constitution and management of technical teams developing on this platform.

⇨ acculturation and training of business and marketing teams in the "data driven" culture

My department is made up of 2 parts organized into feature teams (1 product owner, 4 data engineers, 1 data scientist, 1 data analyst):

⇨ Product: data at the service of the user experience (ABTest, recommendation, video programming assistance, churn prediction, ...)

⇨ Advertising: monetization of data through our advertising offers (Behavioral segmentation, socio-demographic prediction, ...)
