ALEFPA supports people with disabilities, vulnerable individuals, or those facing social precariousness throughout France and overseas, with a focus on empowerment and inclusion. The Indian Ocean Territorial Directorate team consists of experienced and passionate professionals working within a social and solidarity-based economic framework. The business sector covered the deployment of digital tools for human resources and payroll management (1500 employees).

Within APL Datacenter, I worked in a demanding environment in Paris, focusing on defining and formalizing client/user needs, financial plans, and project management within the consulting and IT engineering, operations, and maintenance business unit's project ownership. This team comprises experienced and passionate professionals, operating in a dynamic and technical environment.

Within the RATP Group, I worked in a demanding and structured environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to manage projects related to the Information Systems and Telecommunications Department. My role included managing needs and risks, as well as resource management and client relations, while ensuring process compliance and IT infrastructure transformation.
