I am supporting UTech as an Agile Master during a challenging build phase of the offer creation project. The challenge is to recreate a common will to move towards better quality and a higher volume of delivery, by rebuilding trust. By identifying areas for improvement and implementing the necessary changes, we achieve these goals. Supporting a team of 20 people.

I supported AXA in the GDPR compliance of databases, primarily fed by the AXA Mainframe and used by actuaries. I also supported the creation and deployment of an international BI pilot. My role consisted of facilitating collaboration, within an agile framework, between multidisciplinary and international teams while establishing a sustainable and autonomous culture of continuous improvement through training and coaching.
