• Production: Management of raw materials, stocks, finished products, customer deliveries, creation and management of the production budget. Management of all plant production parameters. Fully automated plant, operating 24/7 with staff present only during the day.

• Project Management: Collaboration with the design office for modifications to the furnace process to improve productivity gains. Commissioning and adjustment of combustion. Creation of production tools to assist furnace operation. Automation of auxiliary unit startups according to the production schedule. Furnace revamping.

• Quality: Quality monitoring, implementation of processes and tools for finished product traceability. Daily monitoring of analyses performed by our lab technician. Guarantee of compliance with environmental regulations.

• HR: Management of a team of 8 people, scheduling, holidays, overtime, training, professional interviews.

• Technical: Management of the entire plant process – Guarantee of evolution/improvement/modification of PLC and supervision programs. Automation engineers report to the production department. Permanent support for the maintenance manager, particularly on the electrical side. Implementation of a CMMS since December 2019, selection of the technical solution, configuration, staff training, and deployment.

• Automation: Generation change of PLCs for the entire plant (Schneider Unity). Creation of a new supervision system (Citec VB and C language) for remote plant management (plant operates 24/7 without shift teams). Creation of HMIs for local management of each unit.

Creation of daily production reports, implementation of a server for storing production data.

• Instrumentation: Management of 2 MEARZ Furnaces (Gas and Liquid Fuel, CO incinerator / Incinerator) and auxiliary units, PID loop adjustment – Temperature regulation – Pressure regulation – Flow transmitter (Air, Gas, water...) - Pressure sensor – Valve/Solenoid valve/Actuator – ASI network…

• Electronics/Electrical Engineering: Preventive/Curative maintenance of plant installations.
