As iOS Tech Lead, I led a mobile team of 4 developers, ensuring both operational management and technical project leadership. My role consisted of mentoring, motivating, and coordinating developers to ensure effective collaboration and adherence to deadlines. Define and implement robust architectures adapted to the requirements of iOS projects, selecting optimal frameworks to maximize performance and scalability. Deploy a continuous integration infrastructure via GitLab associated with Sonar to ensure code quality, facilitate code reviews, and automate deployment processes. This position allowed me to develop strategic skills in team management and development process optimization, thus contributing to the success of mobile projects within a major media company.

Joined the iBP iOS development team to add and maintain features in the Cyberplus and Deep Purple banking applications of the BPCE group (Banque Populaire and Caisse d'Épargne). During these years, I successively joined the "Cocooning" team (handling irritants and customer knowledge), "SécurPass" (strong authentication), and finally, the "Core" team (cross-functional, architecture, API access, authentication, ...).

Creation of a software suite (mobile and backend) for the IT consulting firm Conserto, used for organizing and managing meetings. The associated mobile application (iOS and Android) allows interaction within the meeting, offering the ability to ask questions, respond to polls, or post comments.
