In this context, I work with product teams to identify the origins of imbalances and possible solutions. Beyond a prescription, I provide an operational capacity to take charge of projects and achievements that cannot be addressed internally (Through a network of partners in France and Mauritius)

I therefore offer a "Shared CTO" service to support teams and integrate tasks or projects that are not feasible by the existing team. I carry out the services according to the principles of agility ("sprint" missions and clearly defined deliverables) so that the achievements easily adapt to the sprints of the internal team.
