(approximately 50,000 users)In a team of 9 people including the manager,the team was divided into 3 groups:- An AD group composed of 3 people- An Office 365 group composed of 4 people, including me- A group of 1 person, Azure architectI was in charge of maintaining the Office 365 solution for the RATP EPIC tenant; there were 2 others to which I did not have access, and one for testing where I had access.We had to keep the tenant operational by managing the tenant's administration for Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power BI and Power Apps.The various technical tasks performed were:• Management of the RATP tenant. 54 domains• Management of Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 (training, ticket assistance).• Management of email incidents for VIP and VIP+.• Management of ticketing and the migration from Simet to Digital K.• Management of authorizations. (Management of the PIM part for global admins)• Management of proprietary software such as Oodrive, Citadel, Thousandeye.• Management of Azure automation. (Scripts to maintain)• Management of tickets opened with Microsoft.• Management of mini-projects (private and public groups).• Management of Office 365 tools. (SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, Power BI, etc.)• Implementation of client-specific policies for its applications.• Global Admin role on the RATP EPIC tenant (Prod and Pre-prod)• Uses the Nexthink supervision software to assess issues on a workstation but is not an administrator of the solution.
