Expert in occupational risk prevention, I assist industrial companies in updating and structuring their DUERP (Professional Risk Assessment Document). My intervention covers the entire process: diagnosis of the existing DUERP, risk analysis per job, and decision support for developing a realistic and prioritized action plan.

I particularly work in the mechanical and machining sector, where I integrate feedback from workplace accidents and near misses to strengthen the relevance of risk assessment. This approach concretely links field observations to prevention actions and improves the company's safety culture.

I also provide training to managers and operators on the DUERP method, enabling them to identify hazards, assess risks, and update their document autonomously.

The objective: to make the DUERP a living safety management tool, serving performance and occupational health.

Comprehensive support for an industrial company in implementing a quality management system for ISO 9001 certification, essential for accessing tenders in the aeronautics sector.

The project began with a global diagnosis of existing operations and practices to identify gaps compared to the ISO standard. I then led the structuring of key processes, the writing of procedures, and the implementation of appropriate performance indicators.

A training program was designed and deployed to upskill the quality manager and the management team: understanding standard requirements, process approach, document management, non-conformity handling, and continuous improvement.

Personalized coaching also effectively prepared for the certification audit, guiding teams on evidence management, interview techniques, and document consistency.

This work resulted in obtaining ISO 9001 certification on the first audit, validating the system's compliance and the organization's maturity in its quality approach.

The project involved restructuring the entire safety management system, updating the DUERP (Professional Risk Assessment Document), and strengthening prevention at all organizational levels.

I conducted in-depth work on chemical product management using the SEIRICH tool, from inventory to user training, including the creation of a simplified database for Safety Data Sheets (SDS). This system improved chemical risk control and ensured regulatory compliance.

In parallel, precise monitoring of accidents and near misses was implemented to analyze causes, identify behavioral or organizational deviations, and build corrective and preventive action plans. These analyses reduced incident frequency and improved safety culture.

The support concluded with training and awareness-raising for staff, particularly workshop managers and operators, to enhance their autonomy in risk detection and management.

The approach combined field actions, document structuring, and team involvement, ensuring sustainable improvement in safety performance.
