I develop and deliver training for entrepreneurs, managers, and association actors through a certified training organization (Qualiopi) that I created in 2021.

Development of a network of 4 intergenerational and inclusive third places in the ground floors of social housing buildings in the 94 and 93 departments, in partnership with social landlords, cities, departments, and territories of Greater Paris. Hybridization of the economic model. Development of local communities, autonomy of the actors using the spaces, and impact programs and projects for each third place. Recruitment, training, and supervision of employees, civic service volunteers, volunteers, and partners. Financial management, response to calls for projects, communication, and marketing.

Creation of Coworkcity Alfortville, the first local social coworking space. Our suburban coworking concept is based on a partnership with social housing landlords to offer access at advantageous rates. Located on the ground floor of an atypical architectural building, this space was created through solidarity and environmental respect via a citizen construction project that allowed for the complete renovation of the premises. Coworkcity currently hosts a community of freelancers and remote workers specializing in numerous fields and sectors of activity.

Close to the entrepreneurship networks in the Île-de-France region, I support project leaders and executives in their commercial strategy and market positioning using techniques related to innovation management and disruptive strategy.

Sinapp SAS also supports various web projects: digitalization of companies, collaborative platforms, creation of showcase websites and e-shops.
