Laurent Gaillard

In a tense situation following the sudden departure of an employee with 20 years of service, Laurent adapted to a new information system (Yooz/ACD) implemented in a difficult context (many missing documents, unstable processes). EURORDIS is an international association, and some team members do not speak French at all. Laurent was able to communicate with everyone regardless of the language, find missing invoices directly from suppliers in several countries, he was very proactive, genuinely concerned about the organization's issues, and was a key element in the implementation of the new information system which lasted several months.
