Client Context
A French mutual insurance group specializing in wealth management and life insurance products, subject to financial regulations and operational resilience requirements.

Challenges:
Ensure the continuity of the CISO function after the departure of the incumbent and structure compliance with the DORA regulation on ICT risks and operational resilience.

Mission Objectives:
1 - Ensure interim CISO coverage: service continuity, IS operational management, security, and availability of business applications.

2 - Define and then manage a DORA roadmap covering ICT risk management, major incidents, critical third-party providers, and resilience testing.

Key Responsibilities:
1 - Take charge of IS steering: infrastructure, core business applications, relations with internal teams and IT providers.

2 - Scoping and formalizing the DORA compliance plan: diagnosis of the existing situation, gap analysis, prioritization of workstreams, and definition of milestones.
