Client context
A French mutual insurance group specializing in wealth management and life insurance products, subject to financial regulations and operational resilience requirements.

Challenges:
Ensure the continuity of the CISO function after the departure of the incumbent and structure compliance with the DORA regulation on ICT risks and operational resilience.

Mission Objectives:
1 - Ensure interim CISO coverage: service continuity, operational IT management, security, and availability of business applications.

2 - Define and then manage a DORA roadmap covering ICT risk management, major incidents, critical service providers, and resilience testing.

Key Responsibilities:
1 - Oversight of the IT system: infrastructure, core business applications, relations with internal teams and IT service providers.
