Laurent Faure

After 27 years in the army (HR cell manager to HR Director) and 9 years as Deputy HR Director/Site HR Director/Industrial HR Director at the Paris Mint, I have decided to focus my new career path on interim HR management and manager coaching.

The current health and economic situation seemed like the ideal time for me to evolve. In this context, my experience as a manager during crises, combined with my generalist HR background, allows me to bring a vision and rapid solutions to companies of up to approximately 1000 employees.

My career has accustomed me to quickly making decisions and supporting management's choices through my ability to project myself into complex situations.

I have carried out several HR department creations or restructurings, as well as reengineering, reorganization, and activity re-internalization projects in industry. I have led co-development missions.

I am capable of replacing a key manager, providing mentoring, and managing and supporting the execution of activity restructuring/reorganization/transformation projects.

I work closely with management to perfectly identify issues (roadmap and surprise report) and then propose actions or developments (interim assessments positioned upstream, action reviews) that I manage for the company. I place teams at the center of the thinking process to gain buy-in and work collaboratively. This work method guarantees convincing results within favorable timelines.

I am available immediately and mobile throughout France with very short notice.
