- Traveled to 'key' markets (USA, Europe) for user research to create new ranges, using my swimming expertise to improve collections and build relationships with local teams and ambassador athletes.

Key projects:

- Z3R0D (Feb 2023 - Jan 2024): Led design - created the Elite Triathlon range, updated swim, neoprene, and other triathlon collections with new graphics and performance-enhancing details. Coordinated fittings and feedback with factories and worked on packaging design and promotional materials for distributors.

- Decathlon Minimal Waste (Sep 2021 - Dec 2023): 3D research and support for workshops and 3D visuals for BU communications.

- Decathlon Subea (Mar - Dec 2022): Responsible for the SCD/Scuba Diving range - authored the design strategy for the sport, created the 900 range, and supervised development during the factory trip to Taiwan.

- Other projects; Decathlon Olaian, Decathlon Kipsta, Decathlon Quechua and Decathlon's creative direction.

- Lead designer for pant and sock ranges, implementing minimal waste design strategies and sustainable design.

- Supported the Color Manager in trend direction and creating color harmonies.

- Co-authored an online platform for Decathlon's Minimal Waste Design team, aimed at more sustainable product development across the company.

- Conducted user research during hikes and workshops, collaborating with the product team to create product briefs.
