    Problem: these tools allowed neither precise production monitoring nor a clear vision of project profitability - a serious obstacle to managing an agency's business.

    -> Definition of financial and production management keys with the Management.
    -> Rapid development of a in-house tool, in partnership with a senior developer, to meet real field needs.
    -> Structuring of key indicators: monitoring of sold, spent, and remaining time, measurement of utilization rate, monthly revenue management, and tracking against budget.
    -> Scoping and pragmatic deployment: tool designed as a temporary solution, but intended to be immediately useful and scalable.

    ✅ Result
    A simple, operational tool adopted by all production teams and management.
    Conceived as a quick fix, it has practically become the agency's management benchmark, pending a group solution — proof of its relevance and robustness.
