Also a psychosomatic therapist, I integrate this discipline into my sociological approach, which enriches my analysis of social dynamics and human behavior. This dual expertise allows me to address social issues in a holistic dimension, taking into account not only external factors but also internal impacts on individual and collective well-being. This approach allows me to rely on attentive listening, effective stress management, and a human-centered approach, thus promoting more comprehensive and sensitive interventions to the needs of individuals and groups.
