In this great experience, I had the opportunity to be the lead dev of two squads.

The first was in the B2B division on an application being redesigned. It was a monolithic application that worked well, but had accumulated a lot of debt over time and the directions taken in the past.

What my team and I did was modernize the existing system by exploiting the advanced functions of Symfony. For example, setting up an asynchronous management system managing multi-domain Queues with encryption specific to each domain. Setting up a multi-channel notification system, obviously respecting good SOLID and CleanCode practices, among others, so that these same features are scalable with the least amount of effort (therefore cost) possible. I have spread these same practices that I mentioned and much more in my squad.

Subsequently, a second scope was entrusted to me, another squad that I was asked to do as part of the launch of a new application from Scratch and modern.

Hexagonal Architecture, DDD, TDD, AWS for managed services. In this experience, I was able to express myself more and practice more what I really like, proactivity, collective intelligence and participation in architectural decisions. By the way, I will soon have my new AWS Solutions Architect SAA-C03 certification.

In collaboration with the project teams, I designed and developed Symfony components for the project teams in order to interface with the APIs of other IS.
