Laurent BONA holds a Master 2 in Purchasing & Supply Chain obtained in 2022 and has 4 years of experience in purchasing. He collaborated with SNCF as a PI/PS buyer and as a procurer for DZI SE. Here is a summary of his last mission as a procurer within SNCF, completed on March 31, 2025:

• Management of orders and purchasing requests for the entire DZI - SE: Management of orders on the Oracle ERP (Orders on framework agreement, Private negotiation, Requests for quotation for consultation)

• Processing of orders via PPU (Single Payment Portal)

• Supplier follow-up (ERP coding, contact…)

• Financial follow-up

• Implementation of new KPIs and monitoring of existing ones

• Management of disputes,

• Entry of CRA in GEREMI

• Invoice regularization: Processing of discrepancies between invoiced amounts and received goods, as well as infractions, through the creation and entry of amendments.

• Management of needs expressed on Maxi GPF: processing of invoices, amendments, credit note requests, processing of requests, monitoring the creation and modification of orders until their final validation with the signature of purchase orders (PO) via Docusign. Laurent has demonstrated his seriousness and efficiency in managing procurement processes and administrative follow-up, actively contributing to the fluidity of operations.
