MAIN MISSIONS ASSIGNED:

MASTERY OF TECHNOLOGIES AND BUSINESSES

• Ensure the implementation of the best possible practices in the technologies used or businesses involved

• Know the capabilities and limitations of the software and tools used

• Have sufficient mastery of the core applications

• Master the substance of the needs of the Communication and Marketing departments (brand visibility and communication to direct customers) to specify or have new needs specified (specifications, functional specification, ...)

• Ensure technological watch to update knowledge in order to evolve innovations and project reflections and increase the value of the service

• User training

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

• Have regular meetings with vendors to improve their performance

• Ensure the adequacy and quality of deliverables

CORRECTIVE / EVOLUTIVE SUPPORT MANAGEMENT (AMS)

• Handle user requests (User creation, tickets…)

• Set and meet commitment dates for the implementation of evolution requests

• Ensure the resolution of incidents within the deadlines and quality specified in the Service Level Agreement

• Establish and update SLAs with departments

• Organize service meetings to review the progress and implementation of these solutions

• Secure backups during holidays or absences

- Manage several applications (Maintenance in Operational Condition and Evolution Maintenance) aimed at supervising gas connection sites and mapping updates,

- Coordinate different teams: technical management, AMS (including a handover between 2 AMS following contract renewal), national referents, and regional business correspondents,

- Lead project governance through periodic committees,

- Prioritize, arbitrate, and package evolution requests,

- Support Business departments in formalizing needs,

- Establish schedules, manage risks, coordinate stakeholders, propose improvement areas and/or workarounds, monitor production deployment,

- Analyze anomalies and prioritize actions to be taken for maintenance in operational condition,

- Develop testing strategies for the acceptance of fixes and evolutions.

- Lead all project phases for online consumption monitoring tools and decision support for payment deferral agreements,

- Train resources on the technical, functional, and business environment,

- Write functional specifications,

- Ensure progress tracking (implementation of indicators, milestones to reach in agile sprints, capacity planning), anomaly tracking, manage incident tickets,

- Establish the testing strategy (test plans, scheduling, execution),

- Direct the internal testing phase and end-to-end testing of the tool.
